YLE Cambridge Exams

There are 3 levels of the exams:

• Pre A1 Starters (for age 7-10)
• A1 Movers (for age 8-11)
• A2 Flyers (for age 9-12)

Exam dates for YLE

We can run the testing by four test takers.

 

Exam charakteristics:

• age of children taken into account
• intended for children between 7 and 12 years old
• interesting and amusing tasks
• assessed by independent institution – Cambridge English
• objective evaluation
• motivating instead of stressful
• every child gets a certificate

The main goal is to provide a positive experience with examination and allow children experience of  success. Scoring of the exam parts ranges according to the number of shields from 1 to 5.

Cambridge exam YLE – dates for schools:
We will gladly set up an exam date of your choice on our premises if a minimum of 25 children (for all three levels altogether) apply for it.
