Semi-intensive courses
Courses focus on:
Languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Slovak for foreigners, Italian
Levels: from A1 (Elementary level) to C2 (Proficiency level)
Schedules: 90 minute lessons two times a week
Characteristics: General courses follow a prescribed course book at the appropriate level and courses focus on all skills: writing, reading, listening, speaking alongside grammar, lexis and functional language. Every course is open to students of ages from 15 upwards, making them a meeting point of many generations. There are two teachers assigned to teach each course, at least one of them being a native speaker. For higher levels both teachers may be native speakers.
The maximum number of students in a class of this type is 12.
All new students must complete a placememt test, either online or at our registration office.
Teaching material is not included in the price of the course, International House Bratislava school provides a 15% discount for the books.
