Flexible location of lessons
Courses can be held in company premises or at our school.

Placement test
A placement test is provided free of charge before the course starts. It is a requirement that students take a placement test as it is used to form classes of students of similar level and provides an indication of the starting level of the student.
The placement test consists of 2 parts: written and oral
The oral test is done at the company premises.
The written test can be taken on our web page.

Needs analysis
Students´ needs are thoroughly analyzed at the first lesson in order to find out how students use English and what their preferences are. An appropriate course is then developed by the teacher.

Attendance
At the end of each month a copy of the company course attendance sheet is sent to the company as an attachment to the invoice. All chargeable lessons (taught as well as cancelled) are confirmed by a student’s signature.

Cancellations / types of cancellations
CN - cancelled by student –if a cancellation is received more than 24 hours before the lesson is due to start there is no charge.
LCN – late cancellation - if a cancellation is received less than 24 hours before the lesson is due to start the full cost is charged.
SCN - cancelled by school – on the rare occasions that a lesson is cancelled by the school, there is no charge.

Progress testing
If a company requires a progress test we use a written test focused on areas covered during the course.
Frequency: progress testing usually takes place twice a year.
Results: Students must achieve 65 % to pass.

Certificate
In order to obtain an IH Bratislava end of level certificate a student must achieve at least 65 %  in the final test and have attended 60 % of the lessons.
